They channel Universal Energy—our vital life force—into our bodies and from our bodies back to the Universe.


Chakras appear like spinning wheels of light. When healthy, they spin clockwise, drawing in energy from the universal field to continually revitalize our whole being.

These early years shape how energy and emotions flow through us. When emotions are suppressed—perhaps due to familial teachings or societal expectations—they become trapped, leading to energy blockages. Over time, these blockages can create disharmony in the chakras, which may manifest as chronic pain.


 

The Chakras and Chronic Pain: An Energetic Perspective


Think of your chakras and physical body like a computer system. Your chakras are the Wi-Fi connection, picking up the "internet signal" of Universal Energy. If the Wi-Fi isn't functioning properly, the software (your body's functions) may not update correctly. Over time, working with outdated or corrupted "software" can cause various "programs" (organs or body parts) to malfunction. Chronic pain is your body's way of signaling that it's time to address these energetic "Wi-Fi" issues.


 

My Personal Journey with Chakra Healing


One of my biggest challenges has been shoulder pain. I can't fully express how debilitating it was. Nothing seemed to alleviate it; I lived with the pain during the day and relied on medication at night to sleep. Even after two surgeries, the pain would return if I overexerted myself.

Not long ago, after a mild exercise routine involving lifting my arms, the pain came back as strong as ever. Instead of despairing, I decided to apply what I knew about chakra healing:

  • Reiki Practice: I engaged in Reiki sessions to channel healing energy into my body.

  • Daily Dowsing: I practiced dowsing to balance my chakras and clear energy blockages.

  • Holistic Support: I used Copaiba essential oil for pain relief and incorporated Clear Quartz crystals to balance all chakras.

Gradually, I noticed a significant improvement. By addressing the energetic roots of my pain, I found relief that traditional methods hadn't provided.

When an uncomfortable emotion is triggered:

  • Allow It to Be: Resist the urge to suppress or distract yourself.

  • Observe Sensations: Notice where you feel the emotion in your body.

  • Name the Emotion: Identifying it can help in processing and releasing it.

  • Recognize Patterns: Pay attention to how you might habitually avoid these feelings.


3. Dowsing for Chakra Balancing


By practicing dowsing daily, you clear unwanted energies from your chakras, enabling you to reconnect with your emotions.

  • Develop Insight: Over time, you'll gain intuitive understanding of your chakras' states.

  • Heal and Transform: Consistent practice can lead to chakra healing, pain improvement, and positive life changes.
