A few years ago, I was where you might be — carrying invisible weight in my body that no massage, mantra, or meditation could fully release.

I had done the work: therapy, journaling, Reiki, inner child healing… yet something still whispered beneath it all.

My turning point came when I realized pain often holds stories beyond just our lifetime — emotions we've inherited, patterns we unconsciously carry, truths our soul longs to express.

Through Family Constellations, Reiki, and energy-based ancestral healing, I stopped trying to “fix” myself — and started listening. That changed everything.

My healing deepened. And so did my clarity, peace, and capacity to guide others on their own journeys.

Now, I help spiritual women uncover the root of their pain and release what’s not truly theirs — gently, safely, and without bypassing what needs to be honored.
